About ergodox-ez.com Popular Products and Services?
ErgoDox EZ offers a range of ergonomic keyboards that are customizable and reliable. The keyboards are split into two halves, allowing users to work at shoulder width for improved typing comfort. The keyboards come with a 3.5mm TRRS cable to connect the two halves, a USB Type C cable to connect the keyboard to a computer, a key puller, extra keycaps, and six small red washers for tilt/tent leg adjustability.
The keyboards are available in different variants: Glow (with backlit keys), Original (no lights), and Shine (with rear lighting). Customers can choose their preferred color, keycap type, keyswitch type, and whether they want a tilt/tent kit or a wing wrist rest.
The keyboards are also hot-swappable, meaning users can choose their own keyswitches and swap them out anytime. ErgoDox EZ uses QMK firmware, making it one of the first keyboards to do so. The company offers a 2-year warranty on its products.
ErgoDox EZ also provides a Live Training mode for new users. This feature shows the keymap dynamically on the screen in real-time, including all layer changes. This is particularly helpful for users who are new to ergonomic keyboards.
The company's website allows users to customize their keyboard according to their specific needs. The website also provides a detailed guide to help new users get started with their ErgoDox EZ keyboard.

ergodox-ez.com Return Policy?
ErgoDox EZ has a 30-day return window from the time the keyboard is received. The keyboards are shipped to most countries in the world using UPS, DHL, and FedEx. The shipping is fast, fully tracked, and free. The keyboards are shipped from Taiwan and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.
Regarding customs, duties, and taxes, if ordering from the US, there are no import duties. If ordering from the EU or Canada, customs and handling charges will be required. These charges are typically charged by the local shipping company upon arrival and are unrelated to the shipping charge. If ordering from elsewhere (Brazil, Mexico, India, anywhere else in the world), it is almost certain that customs and handling charges will have to be paid.
If the keyboard is not accepted upon arrival, the courier will try to reach out and eventually return it at the expense of ErgoDox EZ. The cost of the keyboard will be refunded, minus $97 shipping fees. If the courier loses the parcel or it gets stolen, and a signature is required on the parcel, the courier will reimburse ErgoDox EZ, and thus the cost will be refunded. However, if the signature requirement is waived and the parcel gets stolen, only 50% of the purchase price will be refunded.
